Manufacturers Warranty
The Manufacturer offers a warranty against materials and workmanship for a period of one year. It is strongly recommended that you inspect your unit upon delivery. Any claim should be made within 3 days after receiving your product to CooperWorks Products Customer Services. In the event that a defect is found, a decision will be made to either repair, replace or substitute a different item as soon as practical, in its sole discretion.
This warranty will be effective only if the consumer who originally purchases our product retains the original sales receipt showing purchase date and terms of sale. This warranty is not transferable. This warranty applies under conditions of normal household use, but does not apply to defects that result from negligence, misuse, accidents, or commercial use, nor does it warrant the wearability or colorfastness of finishes which is part of the normal aging process of wood materials.
Shipping/Handling
Please allow 2 -4 weeks for delivery of our Closets. Due to the size and weight of our closets, we offer White Glove delivery service. There is an additional fee for this service. Our delivery management team will contact the purchaser to confirm and schedule actual delivery to your home or place of delivery, and properly place the unit for you. We do not recommend placing the unit outside of the home, or in basement areas where humidity and moisture comes in to play.
Payment/Plan
We require 50% payment to process your order and final payment due 7 days before your estimated scheduled delivery date. We honor all major credit cards.
If paying by personal check, there will be a 5 day processing period before initiating the order. Final payment must be a certified bank check, or money order, and of course major credit card.
Returns/Order Cancellation
CooperWorks Products takes pride in the products and services it offers. Honesty, integrity, and genuine customer service is what this company is built upon. While we carefully advise you on the manufacturer's reputation, quality, and design, the actual choice and selection is the customer's responsibility. In the event of a customer return, a restocking fee of 15% will be charged along with additional shipping charges. As soon as you place your order, we begin the procurement process. Therefore we are not able to accept cancellations. We may at our discretion, make an exception in which case incurred cost and restocking fees and /or shipping will be charged.
